EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSIONS RE CRU ITMENT CAMPAIGN |
Serving as Marketing and Communications Manager for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at East Carolina University, Patrick Fay was responsible for the creation, management, and implementation of the undergraduate admissions marketing plan which included all online communication, social media, mass email, bulk mail, video production, event promotion and recruitment material.
A small representative sample of this work is presented below. Each recruitment campaign ran approximately 18 months and served to recruit all undergraduate degree-seeking students including Freshmen and Transfer students. |
Each campaign cycle reached approximately 80,000 prospective freshmen, 3,000 prospective transfer students and other special student groups.
Hundreds of campaign messages have been developed and delivered to thousands of prospective students. Hundreds of school visits were made by ECU recruiters carrying recruitment materials into schools across the eastern United States. Thousands of campus visitors received tour materials each year. The work contributed towards record-breaking enrollment and an improved student profile for 2013, 2014 and 2015 freshman classes. |
